Not having control over each project’s real cost (invested time on each task, employee’s hour value, additional costs, etc) makes unreal and less of a serious to reach  profitability objective on behalf of the company.

You need to know which projects and clients make more earnings and how much, which projects you have to stop offering, what part of the structure to drop, who to promote and more. You must analyze the small to improve the big. Also, analyze your projects to improve your client’s profitability and then the overall profitability.
